Returns and refund policies

At Melery, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our return policy complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused.
  • Include original tags and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@melery.co.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for non-faulty returns will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How To cancel an ordre 

If you change your mind after your purchase and your order hasn’t yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@melery.co.

  • In this case, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item within the 14-day return window after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
