Delivery Delays

Shipping Policy & Terms
By placing an order with Melery, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to melery. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Please note that for international shipments, Melery has no control over local delivery services. Delays may be caused by customs inspections, local postal service performance, or busy periods such as holidays.
