How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Melery piece. Please reach out to contact@melery.co with your order number and the items you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.


I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry — Melery packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@melery.co and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.


What’s your return policy?

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, or if you’re having trouble making a return within the 14-day timeframe, please reach out to contact@melery.co.

An order number must be provided to place a return, and your refund will be issued in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we process your return.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from what you ordered — our apologies! Please contact us at contact@melery.co and we’ll make it right.


What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.

  2. Affix the provided mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

  3. Use the address provided and affix the appropriate postage if required.

  4. Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping provider.

Important: If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please email contact@melery.co before returning your order. We will help you with the returns procedure and find the best solution.

Note: If your order was not purchased via melery.co, the return policy of the store where you purchased the product will apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Melery is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company directly to open an investigation or file a claim.

What should I do if my package is missing?

95% of missing packages are found by following four simple steps
1. Verify the shipping address for your order

2. See if someone else accepted the delivery
· Your family, neighbor or friends may have accepted the delivery for you
· If possible, check your surveillance cameras to see if anyone has taken your package

3. Look around the delivery location for your package
· The courier may have left the package in front fo your mailbox, garage, front or back door, your window, or on the lawn. Check these places.

4. Look for a notice of attempted delivery in your mail

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at contact@melery.co.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

Please note:

  • You may request a cancellation before your order enters processing or is shipped.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to a €7 processing fee.

  • We do not accept cancellations from non-UK customers for a change of mind.
